JOURNAL FIRST TRACK
IWSM MENSURA 2026 invites presentations of high-quality journal papers that have been recently published or accepted. The goal of this track is to integrate journal-first presentations into the conference program and provide authors with an opportunity to present their work to the community.
We aim to accommodate as many journal-first presentations as possible within the final conference program.
The Journal First track targets papers that:
- Align with the themes and scope of IWSM MENSURA 2026
- Have been recently published or accepted for publication in a journal
- Present work that has not been previously presented at a conference or workshop (i.e., the journal paper must not be an extension of prior conference/workshop publications)
Important Dates for Journal First Track:
- Journal First Track submission due: August 1st, 2026
- Notification of acceptance/rejection: August 20th, 2026
