• Each paid registration can cover only one paper. A registered speaker may present only one paper with the same registration.

• To be eligible for the “Participants from Turkey” or “Participants from Economically Developing Countries” registration category, the participant’s affiliated institution or organization must be located in one of these countries.

• Student status must be verified by sending a scanned copy of a valid student ID card to iwsmmensura2026@iyte.edu.tr on the same day as the registration.

• Conference fees include access to all technical sessions, welcome cocktail, gala dinner, lunch and two coffee breaks per day. The social event is included only in the Standard Participant registration fee. Participants in other registration categories may attend the social event by paying the additional fee.

• The social event includes a winery tour and wine tasting.
