About Urla

Accommodation

The conference venue, UrlaDam, also hosts Odam Urla Hotel, an elegant boutique hotel with 11 uniquely designed rooms. Participants can book their stay directly through the hotel’s official website or via popular booking platforms.

As room capacity at Odam Urla Hotel is limited, early reservation is recommended. For participants who cannot secure a room at Odam, several other boutique hotels are located within a 10-minute walking distance from UrlaDam, offering comfortable accommodation options in the heart of Urla.

Transportation

Urla is located about 45 km west of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) and can be easily reached by several convenient transport options:

  • By Taxi or Private Transfer: A direct taxi or pre-booked transfer from the airport to UrlaDam takes approximately 40–45 minutes.
  • By HAVAŞ Shuttle: The HAVAŞ airport shuttle provides direct services from Adnan Menderes Airport to Urla several times a day. The trip takes about 50 minutes, and the Urla stop is located approximately 2 km from UrlaDam, which can be reached by a 5-minute taxi ride.   • By Car: Travelers renting a car can follow the İzmir–Çeşme highway (Otoyol O-32) and take the Urla exit. Free parking is available at UrlaDam.
