How to arrive

By Flight

Rome has two main airports (available also app for having flight info directly on your mobile/tablet for Android and iPhone):

  • Fiumicino(IATA: FCO), that’s the main airport, located at c.a. 30km from the city center, with different possible transportation.
  • Ciampino(IATA: CIA), that’s a secondary airport, located at c.a. 15km from the city center, mostly hosting charter and low cost companies, also with different possible transportation.

By Rail

Rome can be easily reached also by high-speed trains from Florence and Naples in c.a. 1.5hrs and from Milan in c.a. 3hrs, as well as from other main cities. Main companies are:
