In computer science there has always been a need to increase predictability, efficiency, quality and transparency of processes by means of which we can introduce new or develop already existing software.
For many years the execution and verification of different ways to satisfy those needs have been more and more measurable and therefore they have been a subject of research both in scientific and industrial circles. At present more and more institutions and firms ordering or producing software make use of those research results.
The International Mensura Conference (IWSM-Mensura), which has taken place for many years, gives the possibility of getting acquainted with the present situation in that area and with new trends and tools both for those who order software and for its producers.
The Polish Software Metrics Association and the Institute of Informatics and Digital Economy of Warsaw School of Economics have the pleasure to organize this year IWSM-Mensura Conference in Cracow, Poland. The conference will take place from 5th to 7th October.

The cost of participation in the conference is 500 euro.
